  4. became composer to King George III, but from
  5. 1788 he lived in Paris, where he produced a
  6. number of dramatic works including Medee
  7. 1797, Les Deux Journees 1800, and the ballet
  8. Anacreon 1803. After 1809 he devoted himself
  9. largely to church music.
